Words @ Random

October 25, 2004

The morning of October 25, 2004, I went to the local Tully's to get a latté. While the barista was making my coffee, she said, "Airplane!" out of the blue. I was a bit startled. When I asked her about it, she explained that the sound the machine was making as it was whipping the milk sounded like an airplane. She was surprised to find out she had said that out loud. I commented on how she was saying words at random...and then I realized...that sounds like the name of a song. I told her maybe I would write a song about it and put it on my first CD. She liked that idea.

Airplane
Miniature Schnauzer
Oh the joy of saying words at random!
Indubitably
Scrambled
What a way to chase the blues away
Just saying words at random
Meow
Anemone
People look at me like I'm strange
But what do I care?
I'm saying words at random!
Spiffy
Brazilnut
It's so fun being easily entertained!
Which leaves me just one more thing to add:
Xylophone!
